Time of check in/ check out? 
Check in at Doumailhac is available from 4pm; the check out time is 10am, however we will try to accommodate your individual travel arrangements.

Can you pay by cheque? 
Payment is accepted via cheque, bank transfer or PayPal payment (PayPal payments are subject to a 2% transaction fee).

Can the property be reserved before booking? 
We are happy to reserve your dates for a few days to enable you to confirm your plans with family and friends.

Is there a cancellation period or charge? 
Please see our Terms & Conditions sent with your Booking Confirmation, which will come to you prior to you making payment.

Is smoking permitted? 
No smoking is permitted at Doumailhac.

Is there an alarm or fencing around the pool? 
We now have a fenced pool with two access gates which are child proof, we have removed the alarm which was sensitive and would wake guests in the middle of the night

Can I bring pets? 
Doumailhac welcomes well behaved pets, but we have chickens running loose in the hamlet!

Is there Wi-Fi available, and do you charge for it? 
We are in the centre of the Perigord -Vert Natural Park, however we are able to offer Wi-Fi completely free of charge.

Can you provide a catering service? 
Yes, we can put you in touch with local caterers if required, so you can deal directly with them.

When is the swimming pool open? 
The pool is usually opened in May and closed in October depending on the weather The water is heated to a constant 28 to 29 degree.

Do we need to bring our own towels and bed linen? We provide bathroom and pool towels as well as bed linen.
